Is there a monthly fee for e-Branch and Bill Pay?
No fees, e-Branch and unlimited Bill Pay is FREE for all members who have online account access!
Is there an application for e-Branch access?
No, there are no applications necessary. You will be able to access e-Branch through the Tropical Financial CU website at (www.tropicalfcu.org) with your 5 to 7 digit savings account number and your HomeBranch password or PIN number. If you are not sure what your password is, please contact our Call Center for assistance at 305-261-8328 in Miami-Dade or 888-261-8328 elsewhere.
What are the requirements in order to access e-Branch?

When will I receive my password for e-Branch? ![]()
For first time access your password is your HomeBranch password. After entering the password for the first time on e-Branch the system will prompt you to select a new password as a safety precaution. This will not affect your HomeBranch code.
When a transaction is processed through e-Branch, how long will it take to post on my account?
Although you may receive immediate credit upon completion of any e-Branch transfer made during an on-line session, you must make transfers during business hours on a business day for those funds to be posted to your account that day and to be available for non-e-Branch transactions for paying off credit card accounts and other bills.
How much information is available through e-Branch?
You will be able to access up to three months current and previous account activity through e-Branch whether you have a checking or online savings account, simply click on the underlined name of the account and at the bottom of the screen enter the date range that you want to retrieve and submit.
Can I make an advance on my Line-of-Credit or stock loan through e-Branch?
You can take an advance from your HELOC into your savings or checking account, at the present time we cannot process PSL advances through e-Branch. Contact our Call Center for more information at 305-261-8328 or 888-261-8328.
How do I exit e-Branch?
Be sure to use the SIGN OFF icon to exit your account information.
Does Tropical FCU offer e-Statements?
Tropical now offers e-Statements with your free checking or savings online account. e-Statements are delivered to your e-mail address by the third business day of the month! Simply sign on to e-Branch and click on the e-Statement icon. There is a one-time registration process where you will be required to create a User name and Password, both of which must be eight digits in length. Registration information is based on the primary members personal information. Adobe Acrobat is necessary to view the statements, a free version is available online at the bottom of the on the sign on page. Once you have completed the registration, when your statements are available, you can simply click on the e-Statement icon in e-Branch to access your statements, no need to enter a password or ID.
