Relationship Types:

At Tropical Financial Credit Union, building strong financial relationships with our members is a priority. When you have familiarized yourself with the many products and services that we have to offer, we are confident that you will consider TFCU your one-stop shop for all of your financial needs, such as new home buyer loans in Florida.

Tropical Plus Relationship

As an active member of Tropical Financial, you may qualify for a Tropical Plus relationship at our Florida credit unions. This level rewards those members who make the most of their TFCU membership by providing enhanced services, such as debt consolidation, lower and fewer fees, and higher earnings on savings.

• No ATM fees (imposed by TFCU)
• ¹/₄% decrease on fixed-rate auto and home equity loan interest rates
• ¹/₄% increase on certificate rates
• No monthly fees

To qualify:
Maintain at least $10,000 in combined average daily deposit balances, OR; $30,000 in combined month-end loan balances

Enhanced Relationship

As a member with an Enhanced Relationship, you receive:

• No ATM fees at Tropical Financial, Publix Presto!
• No monthly fees

To qualify, you must:

1. Have Direct Deposit ($150 minimum lump sum per month) and maintain a checking account and a TFCU loan product, OR
2. Maintain a minimum $1,000 in combined average daily deposits, OR
3. $3,000 in combined month-end loan balances, OR
4. Be under the age of 18

i$ucceed Relationship

As a member with an i$ucceed Relationship, you receive:

• FREE Checking
• Free ATM transactions at Tropical Financial, Co-Op (includes Presto!), CU24 and CU Here ATMs
• e-Statements
• Personal Signature Line to establish credit history, to use as overdraft protection and for other purchases as needed
• And much more!

To qualify, you must:

1. be between 18-24 years of age and
2. must meet qualifications for new accounts

Basic Relationship

Any member's account that does not maintain any of the above stated levels will be considered to have a Basic Relationship. As such, you will pay no ATM fees at any TFCU locations. Plus there is a low monthly service fee.
