How to Report Web Scams

We suggest reporting "phishing" or "spoofed" emails to the following groups:

• · Forward the email to reportphishing@antiphishing.org
• Forward the email to the Federal Trade Commission at spam@uce.gov 
•  Forward the email to the "abuse" email address at the company that is being spoofed (e.g. "spoof@ebay.com") 
•  When forwarding spoofed messages, always include the entire original email with its original header information intact
• Notify the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), a partnership of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) by filing a complaint on their website: www.ic3.gov
• If you believe you have received a suspicious or fraudulent email that appears to be from Tropical Financial Credit Union, do not reply or click on any of its links, contact any phone numbers, or otherwise provide any personnel information. Please forward it immediately to abuse@tfcu-fl.org.

If you have responded to a web scam and provided any confidential account information, please contact us immediately.

· Call us at 305-261-8328 in Miami-Dade or 1-888-261-8328 from all other areas.
· To report suspicious email, forward the message to abuse@tfcu-fl.org.
