ANNUAL MEETING

The Credit Union’s 75th Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday March 24th, 2010 at
3:00 P.M. at 3050 Corporate Way in Miramar, Fl.

The agenda for the business meeting will include the election of directors.  In accordance with the Credit Union’s By-laws, the nominating committee has been appointed and  the Nominating Committee has nominated for the Board of Directors the following candidates for the terms which expire at the Annual Meeting or new Board seats to be voted in:

James M. Donohue  3-year term
Lynn E. Robertia   3-year term
Richard P. Wisniewski  3-year term
Maria L. Reyes   3-year term
Jose L. Belaustegui  2-year term
Barbara K. Cruit   2-year term

Additional nominations may be made by petition signed by at least 500 Credit Union members.  Nominations by petition must have been filed with the Secretary of the Credit Union by no later than February 8, 2010.  Any member who is interested in seeking nomination by petition is requested to contact Sylvia Wagnon at 954-517-7672 at the Credit Union for more detailed information.  Should there be additional nominations by petition for any of the Board positions to be filled, an election will be conducted by mail ballot.  Nominations may NOT be made from the floor of the Annual Meeting.
