Savings Account: Who has the Best Savings Accounts in South Florida?

New members creating a savings account at Tropical Financial are required to open a regular savings account. The minimum opening balance required is $5 (one membership share). Accounts opened at a shared service center require a minimum opening balance of $25. DIVIDENDS are based on daily balance and are compounded and credited quarterly. Deposits may be made in person, by mail, ATM, Payroll Deduction or Direct Deposit. Withdrawals may be made in person, by mail, through HomeBranch by check or at participating ATM locations .

Transaction Savings Account

New members at Tropical Financial are required to open a savings account. A Transaction Savings Account is one of our savings account options.  This account may be used as overdraft protection to the related checking account and may earn a lower dividend rate than our regular Savings Account.  The minimum opening balance required is $5 (one membership share).
