1Share Secured Loan: The Annual Percentage Rate may increase during the term of this credit lime if Tropical Financial Credit Union's regular Share Account rate increases. The Annual Percentage Rate will be equal to the Regular Share rate plus 2.50%. An increase will take place on the first day of each quarter (Jan. 1, Apr. 1, July 1, Oct. 1). The Annual Percentage Rate will never increase more than the maximum rate allowed by law. Any increase will take the form of more payments of the same amount.
2Share Certificate Secured Loan: The Annual Percentage Rate may increase during the term of this credit lime if Tropical Financial Credit Union's Certificate of Deposit rate increases. The Annual Percentage Rate will be equal to the Certificate of Deposit rate plus 2.50%. An increase will take place on the day the certificate is renewed. The Annual Percentage Rate will never increase more than the maximum rate allowed by law. Any increase will take the form of more payments of the same amount.
