Adjustable rates based on the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal plus a margin percent based on Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio and credit score. The rate may change as the Prime Rate changes but your rate will never exceed 17% APR. Rate will never be lower than 4%.
